What Causes Hair Loss?

1. Lack of Vitamin D.
People spend a lot of time indoors these days so their skin can't convert sunlight into very important Vitamin D. Some studies have shown that too little (or too much) Vitamin D can cause hair loss.

2. Iron deficiency.
Iron is vital for your skin, nails and hair. If you don't get enough your hair can fall out or get really thin and weak.

3.Stress.
Yep. Is there anything stress can't do?

4. Lack of sleep.
Not enough sleep messes with your hormone cycles, therefore your hair growth cycle.

5.Low Quality Shampoo.
Natural shampoo is best. Some shampoos have some rather strong chemicals in them, usually to help it 'lather'.

6.Gluten and other food allergies.
Food allergies are getting quite common these days. When you eat something you're allergic to it causes inflammation in your gut which makes your stomach unable to absorb any nutrients from any food or supplement you have consumed.

7. Coeliac disease.
A more extreme form of gluten allergy.
